We are also big believers in events... specifically conferences.
We're *big* believers in events... In an era of flat AI-generated content, degrading anonymous audiences, and social channels filled with sludge, in-person events are a rare point of light and genuine connection. This year, in May, we launched The Newsletter Conference to bring together operators and professionals in our space in the heart of New York City. And we just held the ***17th*** Dine & Deliver dinner, bringing together folks in our space around the country — and perhaps soon around the world. Jesse Watkins and I want to thank every single person who's come out to one of these IRL events; it's been an amazing time for us, and we hope it's grown many fruitful relationships for others. We will be back with even more in the new year... More soon on that... Meanwhile, thank you to Dan Oshinsky, our talented MC and moderator, who has made all of these events pop and flow like no one else could. And huge thank you to all of our sponsors, without whom none of this would be possible: Omeda and SparkLoop as co-presenters of Dine & Deliver, with OpenWeb and Inbox Mailers as the dinners' supporting sponsors. And for the conference, Louis Nicholls 💫 in particular for taking a big bet on us, and OpenWeb, Marigold, FinanceBuzz, BuySellAds, Media Intercept, LiveIntent, a Zeta Global Company, Knight Foundation, HubSpot, Omeda, and Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for their support. More soon — and maybe even one more little surprise this year! 🎉 (and, no, LinkedIn... I don't want to "Rewrite with AI")
