Project Complete! Last week we shared our latest project completion as the Contractor at Maple Knoll Village. A little about the project: The orignial building was torn down to make room for the new Maple Manor, a 6,962 SF building, that’s powered by geothermal wells and solar panels. This building features multiple gathering spaces, recreation room, and a bar with an accordion style window that opens to the back patio. The outside includes a large gathering space with multiple items for resident’s enjoyment including a pickleball court, projector screen, fire pits, a deck that hangs over the water, a putting green and multiple seating areas with subtle lighting for evening relaxation. Project Complete! Introducing Market Hall! Located at the Celina Fairgrounds, Market Hall is the start of something big. This BRAND NEW event space can hold over 700 people for events such as weddings, conferences, and more! It’s the beginning of the Grand Event Center project – more than 100,000 square feet of event space – an opportunity for economic and community growth. INFO ON THE PROJECT: -Renovation of 12,640 sf existing pre-engineered metal building + addition of a main entrance and storage room adding 1540 sf. -Kitchen, prep room, bar, restrooms and storage room added to the interior of the building. -Handcrafted Wainscot wall installed, new wall panel, and painting of the metal main frame. -RCS provided the general trades for the project and worked alongside many local contractors to help bring this project to life!
