During our global keynote on 'Navigating Uncertainty’ - I learned a lot 😊 💠 I was captivated by the openness, the will and commitment of the attending colleagues for being fully #present and curious from the get-go. wow. 💠 Values, at their core, do not foster separation - yet are great tools in creating discernment, (self-)#empowerment and clarity for focus and decision making. 💠 Uncertainty and uncertain environments seem to deeply affect us. Shaping the very states from where we are operating from - forming our personal choices as much as our leadership decisions. 💠 We found it fascinating, that with a bit of courageous practice in the call - and thanks to the recent insights in #neuroregulation - we were able to actively shift inner tension, flurry and agitation, generated by the very notion of uncertainty, into felt experiences of balanced readiness and rooted growth. And it's precisely here, where the butterfly came in as a promise 😊 🦋 Grateful for the lovecom #leadershipdays team, for having made this multi-layered, precise, connecting and respectful virtual learning space possible. Earlier this year, a select group of corporate leaders embarked on an extraordinary journey - not just across the breathtaking landscapes of the Camino de Santiago but through the depths of leadership growth and personal discovery—and myself included in this group. Titled “CEO Walk in Spain,” this retreat was anything but ordinary. It was a testament to the power of immersive learning environments and the unparalleled value of peer-to-peer coaching. The theme? “Getting resourced to become a source.” Alongside two seasoned coaches, the retreat offered an intimate setting for profound, eye-level conversations. As we navigated the serene paths of Camino, so too did we navigate through the complex challenges and solutions that today's global leaders face - coaching on steroids! A cornerstone of our journey was the integration of two transformative frameworks, beginning with the Barrett 7 Levels Model. This model provided us with a lens through which we view leadership and organizational culture through the prism of values and consciousness, enabling us to dissect and understand the underlying drivers of behavior and performance in a corporate setting. The immersive coaching experience was unlike any other, blending structured learning with the organic flow of conversation as we walked. Each step brought forward a new topic, a new challenge to ponder, and a fresh perspective to consider. Reflecting on this, it's clear that the true leadership journey transcends physical boundaries. It's about the inner paths we trek in understanding ourselves, our peers, and the ecosystems we influence. This retreat affirmed that leadership, at its core, is a journey of continuous learning and adaptation—a walk we all must embrace with openness, curiosity, and the courage to venture into the unknown.
