'... with the intention to move and grow forward as leaders - always.' Yes 🙌 That's the case of what we offer as lovecom.  With the CEO Walk, you take the decision to not 'just' talk about things but to 'walk the walk' - To experience : What does it mean to feel walking the walk? As high potential leaders, with the facilitators, going in relationship with nature, walking your own walk ... going over that little hesitation, over that challenge. This is the tunnel to go through some of your inner challenges in oder to expand for yourself and the wider field around you.  In the program, we do things in real time. Either you do it you don't. Now that I listen to the recording of the corporate coffee corner, I am very surprised myself by the richness of the conversation. And I am glad that I can press the Pause button every once in a while 😃 As a leader, I am one of many. And yet, it makes a difference where I walk. And my steps make a difference. And while I walk, I create a path for others. I love how you, Monika, explain the human growth process in the context of leadership: 'A leadership process is a human growth process. with the extra added layers: whatever I do in my position with formal power, has a much more direct effect and bigger volume to the people that I am working with, that I am in service of.'

Lieben Dank Monika und Barbara für den spannenden Coffee Corner heute mittag und eure Impulse. Gerade in Momenten in denen es mir eher schwerfällt, mein Nervensystem zu regulieren, hilft mir das Gefühl der Verbundenheit mit wunderbaren Menschen wie euch sehr. Schade konnte ich diesmal beim CEO Walk nicht dabei sein. Vielleicht passt es beim nächsten Mal wieder besser in den Kalender. Keep on walking... 👞 👞 👞 Liebe Grüsse André

One aspect which is the root-cause for a lot of problems today in our western world is, we developed the attitude that we as human beings are disconnected and separate from nature and the creatures therein, rather than being an integral part of nature and the world.
