  • Job Title: Bancassurance Associate Location: Apapa, Agbara, Alaba International, Ajah, Lekki, Victoria Island, Lagos Island, and environs. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 140k – 200k Experience Level: Minimum 1 Year of Work Experience Reports To: Bancassurance Associate Job Summary: We seek motivated, and results driven Bancassurance Associates to join our client's dynamic team in the Insurance Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through our client’s banking partners. The successful candidate must reside in one of the specified locations and have at least one year of work experience. Candidates with previous insurance sales experience will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with bank staff to drive insurance sales. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bancassurance channel. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for bank staff. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and submit sales reports to the Bancassurance Manager. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in insurance sales. Must reside in Gbagada, Oshodi, Okota, Ladipo, RCCG Camp, Alaba, Ikoyi, Ajah, Oniru, or Apapa. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in bancassurance or insurance sales is a strong advantage. Relevant certifications in insurance or financial services. Compensation: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
