𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗽 Twenty years ago, I walked into the world of insurance sales with little more than my voice, an eager smile, and a determination to make a difference. My first 6months was brutal. So many rejections piled up like storm clouds, and the doubt of others loomed heavy but had a secret weapon: resilience. Instead of giving up because of many "no," i let each rejection sharpen my skills. I analyzed every interaction, learning to listen more, empathize deeper, and speak with authenticity and authority which slowly but surely, I started turning rejections into triumphs. By my first year, I became a force to be reckoned with, and even my then colleagues can attest to that today. My commitment to my clients set me apart, as I didn’t just sell policies but built relationships that lasted a lifetime. Passion. What truly fueled me was my passion. Every conversation was an opportunity to educate, protect, and empower others. I thrived on finding innovative solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Even during personal trials, my love for sales kept me going and that’s when I realized that—it was never just a job; it was my calling. Today, as I reflect on two decades in the industry, I stand proud of my achievements and the lives I have impacted. From securing futures to building a reputation of integrity, my journey is a testament to following ☑️resilience, ☑️commitment ☑️passion, ☑️and the heart of a salesman who truly loves what he does. “Sales,” I often say, “isn’t about closing deals—it’s about opening doors to a better tomorrow.” Also, never take sales as a job but a responsibility. #InsuranceConsulting #CallCenterOperations #LeadershipDevelopment #TeamMotivation #BusinessConsultant #SalesManagement

Tony Maniaci understands it is a critical competency to achieve the highest levels in any industry. "Tony is the best agent in Dana Point, let's start there. His communication skills, sincerity, and professional experience make him stand out amongst other agents. Before hiring Tony, we had the unfortunate experience of hiring and working with agents based on their flashy persona of being "OC's Top Selling" agents with generic accolades, arrogant sales spiel, too many assistants, and shortsighted promises. After attempting to sell our home with a particular agent, we realized the repercussions of not hiring the right person for the job because of their lack of professionalism, follow through, and integrity to us, the client." - Laura K. Connect with Tony if you need a celebrated agent in the Dana Point area: https://lnkd.in/dMk4iTXW *With a Top Trending Agent you will find the expertise and professionalism needed to successfully navigate any real estate market. . . #tonymaniaci #toptrendingagent #maniacigroup #engelvoelkers #danapoint #carealestate #ratemyagent #danapointrealestate #danapointcalifornia

LONG POST ALERT!! Dear Employers/Managers, I am writing on behalf of your employees, particularly the Sales Team, to express our gratitude for the opportunity to work with you. We sincerely appreciate it and do not take it for granted. However, we kindly ask for your empathy during these Challenging times. We are not in ordinary times and getting sales has become increasingly difficult even with the most competitive pricing. It takes a resilient and highly determined salesperson to close a deal in this Era. In my 10 years of experience in sales and through conversations with colleagues from various industries, I have observed a few key issues: 🔸Salespeople often do not receive the respect they deserve from family, prospects, clients, colleagues in other departments and even managers. Salespeople are sometimes looked down upon and interactions during review meetings can be Very harsh especially in comparison to other departments. 🔸Securing a sale now requires tenacity, intelligence and a Never Give Up attitude. If a salesperson achieves something even slightly below your expectations, please appreciate their efforts. It is incredibly tough out there to close a sale. 🔸 Many parents discourage their children from pursuing sales careers likely due to their own negative perceptions or experiences. Therefore when employees choose to work in sales, they deserve to be treated with respect and support. We ask that you speak to the sales team with empathy and kindness with the intention of getting the best out of them rather than treating them as if the business is readily available on the streets. A recent experience can serves as an example of the Kind of Disrespect from a client after receiving two allocation messages from us. He responded with extremely hurtful words accusing me of inappropriate behavior (S3xual ) to make sales and belittling my professionalism. Despite the emotional toll I maintained my composure. However, when I return to the office and receive harsh reviews that suggest my efforts are not enough, it becomes deeply discouraging. Thanks to my immediate Boss for her kind words of encouragement. To get a better working environment and boost team morale, I will suggest the following: ✅ Create a learning environment that encourages growth. ✅ Be firm but fair. Discipline should be upheld but with fairness. ✅ Organize regular activities to keep the team energized (money alone can’t always do it). ✅ Innovate and adapt to the changing world. Business as usual can become tiresome. ✅ Consider having a clinical psychologist on hand to support the team. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Benedicta Wugah #QueenofInsurance #insurance #insurancepolicy
