E & A Consulting Group, Inc. is a 120-person engineering, planning and field services firm with offices in Omaha and Lincoln. Our specialties are civil and site engineering, planning, environmental services, construction management, bridge and structural engineering, transportation engineering, land development and all types of land surveying. These core competencies enable our staff to perform a wide range of civil engineering assignments, helping clients from concept and feasibility to construction and close-out. E&A has over 55 years of experience providing consulting engineer services to public and private sector clients. We provide site and community planning, engineering, surveying and environmental services for commercial developments, housing, schools and recreation. We provide bridge and structural design, road and highway design, civil for industrial plants, commercial and residential subdivisions. We work around wetlands and flood plains by integrating landscaping with storm water management. We stand out from the competition with our culture and commitment to clients. We kicked off the second year of our Leadership Cohort in late June 2024.🎉 Jeff Shannon led four full days of leadership development content, which also included executive coaching provided by Flame Schoeder, MCC and Tracy Wilk. Our leaders also participated in a buddy program, book learning, and 360 feedback. This year's participants are Caleb Beasley, Dan Zelensky, Betsy Purcell, Eric Schaben, Jeff Stoll, Kyle Haase, Matt Beran, Patrick Sechser, Rick Onnen, and Teresa Wooten. On graduation on 11/26, we celebrated by kicking off at Kaneko with a perspective discussion by Kimberly Faith Hickman, followed by content presented by Jeff Shannon. During lunch, we welcomed UNO Professor Sam T. Hunter, co-author of The Handbook for Organizational Creativity, as our guest speaker. After lunch, we had a graduation ceremony and a brief tour of Kaneko from Peter Scherr.
