We were thrilled to host CX Lift in Sundance, Utah this past week, where we came together to explore the latest CX possibilities and ignite new ideas for the future! Much like the legendary spirit of Sundance, CX Lift was an opportunity to nurture innovation and introduce new trailblazers who will shape and transform an industry. Trusted Advisors were able to dive deep into the CX landscape, uncover emerging prospects, and tackle customer needs and challenges. The energy from everyone was incredible as participants supercharged their expertise with insights from CX AI visionaries, elevated their sales strategies, connected with top vendors, and discovered innovative solutions to power their go-to-market approach. Once again, a BIG thank you to all the attendees and our vendors for joining us and helping make this such an impactful experience. Day 2 of CX Lift '24 has just wrapped! Earlier today we were lucky to hear a keynote from our own Drew Lydecker, who expanded on the moment taking place right now for Trusted Advisors to leverage the landscape's evolution. "We have never had this opportunity before. We are storytelling. We're introducing people to solutions they've never heard of...and simple wins every time. We need to be the simple answer to the IT teams that we represent every day."

CX Lift is off to a fantastic start with our Engineering team helping lead the way! 💫 During CX Lift, our Engineers -- AKA our Sherpas -- are our CX and AI experts and navigators. Each Sherpa is guiding attendees through the event to offer powerful insights and work alongside vendors, ensuring Trusted Advisors can make the most out of their experience.
