Some people believe that the key to success in the first stage is having a large number of achievements. While we do not deny this, we also believe that other aspects should not be underestimated. In our experience at Relocode, the focus in an application should be on how one presents these achievements. Today, we would like to tell you about a client who has extensive management experience in various companies. Through her case, we have learned that even in situations with a large amount of data, it is important to create the right structure and put accents.
📌The client is a senior manager with 14 years of experience in IT and 8 years as a manager. Her digital products have received awards, but her public profile was weak.
As part of the project, we focused on two key areas - the structure and public profile. Given the client's extensive experience, she was unsure about what to include and what not to include, what would best showcase her influence and contributions, and what could be deemed unnecessary. Additionally, one challenge of case studies for managers is demonstrating the direct impact and influence of the client, as managers rarely address practical issues that have an immediate impact. However, through selecting the best projects and collecting relevant evidence, we were able to successfully demonstrate her contributions and strengthen her public profile, ensuring approval from the outset.
