Area Retail Sales Manager Sara and Market Communications Manager Daniel recently hit the road for some store visits. Sara shared with us what makes these trips so essential to their team’s success. “My favorite thing about store visits is the getting to learn from team members at each and every stop as well as teaching them something, too. The key to retail success is a willingness to try new ideas and being proactive instead of reactive.” Explore retail careers: https://lnkd.in/gqkKTkMR #LifeAtATT

If you want your organization to be viable in the digital future, you should care about sound telecommunications policy. Why? One major reason is the rapidly growing demand for data. 🌐 According to CTIA, Americans’ wireless data use in 2023 increased more than 35% year-over-year – the largest ever single year increase. Demand for data is predicted to rise by more than 3x by 2029. To meet the demand for data, prevent higher cell phone bills, and connect more Americans, the U.S. needs smart policy to enable providers like AT&T to continue building worldclass networks. AT&T is investing at the top of our industry to bring you fiber and 5G at scale. As I shared with Diane Brady at this week’s Fortune #GlobalForum, the right policies will help us do even more to fortify America’s digital future. This looks like: • Advancements in Connectivity: To ensure access to connectivity and meet rising demand for data, strategic investments are essential to upgrade infrastructure across the U.S. This is about more than just faster internet – it’s about building high-performance connectivity to keep America at the leading edge of innovation. • Convergence: Imagine seamless connectivity that integrates fiber broadband and mobile services, allowing you to stay connected anytime, anywhere. This is not just a futuristic vision—it’s reality we’re creating today through our leading role in converged connectivity. • Spectrum Availability: Securing mid-band spectrum is crucial for driving economic activity and ensuring the availability and affordability of high-speed connectivity. Without an adequate supply of licensed spectrum, AI truly will be all hype. Moreover, the U.S. will be a less attractive place for companies to innovate and invest compared to other nations that are making more licensed spectrum available for commercial use. Many thanks to Fortune and Diane Brady for an enjoyable conversation on these important policy issues.

As we enter the giving season, our AT&T Believes volunteers know exactly what that means. Recently, we spoke with Mary Perez, Lead Project Manager, about the work our teams in South Florida did at a local youth center. She shared her insights on what drives her to make a positive impact in her community: “Volunteering is all about giving back, staying connected, and offering support to those who need us. It truly brings me joy to see people smile when we act with kindness.” #LifeAtATT
