Overview
DLiPTM is a four-month development programme. Through workshops, real life scenarios, peer learning, self-reflection, personal assessments, and one-on-one coaching, participants will learn the essential skills, capabilities and behaviours required to be an inspiring leader. The development programme structure allows participants the time and space to focus and reflect, enabling you to develop your leadership skills and embed in your role.
DLiPTM gives delegates the opportunity to be coached by an experienced practice leader. Our coaches have been selected for their extensive experience, leadership capability and commitment to people development.

180-day plan
Participants create their 180-day plan during the programme and add new elements along the way. The plan aims to identify specific activities, behaviours and priorities participants want to address during the programme. After the development programme is complete participants will then present their 180-day plan to their sponsors.
-
Learning from peers
Throughout the programme, participants will share the challenges they are experiencing with developing leadership skills in a confidential, supportive environment with peers.
-
One to one from a professional coach
Throughout the development programme participants will have three one-hour sessions with an experienced coach.
Coaches are there for you to share your work challenges and work with them to overcome these challenges.
