Jicama Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 small jicama (about 1 pound), peeled and finely diced

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped mint

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
