Ready to feel just a touch old? Mean Girls, everyone's favorite high school-centric flick, is set to turn 20 years old in 2024. But Coffee-Mate is sweetening the sour realization that time is marching on by releasing a new Mean Girls-inspired flavor.

Today, October 3, aka the official Mean Girls Day, Coffee-Mate announced its plans to release a Mean Girls Pink Frosting Flavored Creamer, which happens to also be the brand's first-ever pink-colored creamer.

"We're not a regular creamer; we're a cool creamer. That's why Coffee mate is thrilled to debut the category's first-ever pink creamer with Paramount's iconic Mean Girls movie," Leonardo Aizpuru, Nestlé's vice president of brand marketing for the beverage division, shared in a statement. "This partnership gives our fans a chance to add a splash of pink to their coffee as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of this nostalgic, quotable film."

This is far from the first Mean Girls-inspired food product. In 2020, Toaster Strudel dropped the official Mean Girls Toaster Strudel as a way to celebrate both Gretchen Wieners and “Paramount Pictures’ enduringly popular teen comedy.” And, one of the film’s stars, Rajiv Surendra, who played Kevin G., has discovered newfound fame as a cooking, calligraphy, and lifestyle teacher on his wildly popular YouTube channel.

As for the new limited-edition creamer, it will be available starting January 2024 at grocery stores nationwide in a 32-ounce bottle and is set to retail at $4.69, though prices may vary by retailer. As for what it tastes like, the brand explained it comes with notes of “sweet, rich pink frosting flavor,” making it a nice addition to an after-dinner dessert coffee or midday pick-me-up. Though, to be more precise, the brand said it takes like a “cake filled with rainbows and smiles,” which feels much more fitting.
