Why: Hank Greenberg, the former Chairman and CEO of AIG who was ousted under suspicion from then-Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, likely lost 95 percent of his total assets last year, totaling about $3 billion.

In an ironic turn around, Hank recently announced he plans to sue AIG, claiming he was "financially harmed." Yeah, him and the taxpayers.
