Randstad UK Rebuilding lives and strengthening communities. 💚 Randstad helped a leading main contractor fulfil its social value commitments, while simultaneously addressing the barriers faced by people in custody as they prepared for reintegration into society. Together with Inside Connections, our team developed a tailored solution that placed emphasis on support, mentorship, and consistent communication, pairing prisoners with mentors who had personal experience in the prison system. 🌟 Results: Four prisoners were successfully employed as labourers under ROTL contracts, marking a significant step toward their rehabilitation. The programme's impact became even more evident when two of the participants earned promotions. These advancements are a testament not only to the individuals' hard work and dedication but also to the support and mentorship they received throughout the programme. This success demonstrates the power of targeted, thoughtful intervention in supporting the rehabilitation of prisoners.
