YOUNG BUSINESSES - HOW DO YOU CREATE BRAND AWARENESS? The last time I posted content on here was beginning of last week. Creating brand awareness which equates to creating and posting content requires commitment. When one is committed and you post often, your brand is noticeable which translates to leads and finally clients. But to be honest creating content is not easy. So as I contemplated as to how I will get back on this platform, I came upon one of Miss Muthoni Njoroge's posts of how she had reached a mental block on the content she was to post the next week. She then went and searched for a personal branding course and she got content for the week. Thank you Miss Muthoni Njoroge. Your content is amazing. Tool Tips #1 How to manage enquiries and projects as new/small business without too many expensive tools. When I first started out my businesses, I used to keep most of my lead information in my head and my inbox and sometimes WhatsApp too. Time to time I would forget about certain enquiries which means I missed the opportunity to connect with a prospective client. My information started having mismatches; I missed opportunities, and it was honestly just a big mess. Until I met #Trello. Trello is probably one of the greatest tools I've encountered on my business journey, and I still use it today for literally everything! As a new / small business I know how important it is to be conservative with your costs but you also need good management and discipline. You can use Trello for: 1. CRMing 2. Project management 3. Marketing management 4. Lead management Collaboration with teams is also possible. The best part is the automation stage. The more you get used to your workflows and processes, the more automation you can implement for a slicker workspace environment. They've got a free plan and of course with all tools, the free plan has it's limitations too but the BIG BULK of what you would want to do as a new/small business can be done for free! It's underrated simplicity makes so much more productive and organised. That's all for now! PS, you can even have your website leads come into Trello so your VA or trainee, intern or whoever can pick it up straight from there and move it along the stage of your client acquisition process.
