🤖Here are my thoughts about AI! I often say we need to embrace it But don't let it write all of your content, comments We still need that human touch Use it for research, ideas Then tweak it with your own words People engage more if the content is in your own words Being authentic is key and makes your content stand out AI won't make your content original But mixing it up will as long as you have your input in what you write. I don't use automation in comments as adding your value is more important or if you have to use AI add some of your own words. The same with messaging people I use it for ideas but always add a human element to it! So my question to you is do you use AI for content? Storytelling can transform us- Whether it's for advocacy, shining a light on inequities, influencing policy or creating community ties. Stories are empathetic communication devices for the office. They can act as a prescription or transform a data presentation that will connect with clients in the boardroom.  . They can deepen the understanding of who you work with everyday. Maybe rather than team building for the day on an assault course, tell each other stories….!  WHO is the workshop for? Anyone who wants to tell a story. So many of my clients are starting out winging it a bit too much. They might have some aspects nailed like their brand or business model but without the right strategy holding everything together it’s difficult to make the headway they need in order to make that all important profit. Often it’s these clients who feel they have to give 200% in order to avoid failure, but the problem is with this approach, burn out, overwhelm and stress are never far behind. My approach to coaching is all about my four pillars of strategy, story, synergy and success. Strategy When you have a clear view of your strategy you know exactly where you’re going and how to get there. Story Because your story as an individual and or as a brand is what is going to convert your clients and drive your business forward. Synergy Because no one can work well without balance. I. prioritise time out, mindfulness and joy just as much as hard work. Success Because this is what it’s about - whatever success looks like to you. I help my clients define success and find it on a daily basis. So, if you feel you need to take more control of your career or business and your happiness sit back with a brew and ask yourself these questions…. What does success look like for you? What balance do you need to bake into your lifestyle in order to feel happy and joyful and in control? Have you defined a strong and compelling story for your brand narrative? And do you have a firm strategy that’ll take you from launch to scaling up? The truth is that a lot of people think it has to be hard to be successful but it really doesn’t have to feel impossible. Not by a long shot.

💥Is it semantics? Definitions move in and out of fashion, from a marketing point of view, and I’ve heard reasons why a webinar might be called an awareness session, or seminar and why masterclasses may replace all three because it sounds blooming good! 😁 A true masterclass is about diving deep and learning more than what you'd get in a standard webinar that may or maynot include 'chat'. We'll be using both in our Autumnal product offerings. Not that I deem our work 'standard' as anyone who has been on them may know they're creative, full of value and quirky without being cryptic! (Network Rail and Vodafone, used their own words in their kind recommendations!). The names may differ, and I reckon they can have their place and it's personal to whoever is hosting them. But what truly matters to me is the value and insights each session provides and managing expectations when it comes to onboarding clients at SanArtina. Perhaps when an awareness session is longer and becomes (more) interactive to include exercises and advanced material whereby individuals can apply what they’ve learned to real-life situations, in the session, this could be when we cross-over into workshop territory online. Let's start with the dictionary first: Webinar: A seminar conducted over the internet. Seminar A conference or other meeting for discussion or training. Masterclass A class, [in XYZ], given by an expert to highly talented students: Awareness session (chat gpt!) An awareness session is a brief training to inform and educate on specific topics, promoting understanding and best practices. Oooo-err 😎 💥Whatever you want to call them, we are doing them all at SanArtina! We've a complete online product offering taking shape delivered in a new format, on a professional platform, with facilitators including additional support materials to suit your budget and more. I'm so excited. I'll explain it all with transparency on a short video soon. I'm one sole creator so it's been a journey for me to not only visualise my ideas, but to make room for them to develop mentally and practically and they take time - and it will be a continuous process of improvement, no doubt. When I worked with Nivea 20 years ago, and Mercian Housing, we didn't have the technology we have today. And over the years (including 20 before that). Back then I wrote pages and pages of 'stuff'. Stood up and delivered in person - which makes my heart sing. But we couldn't offer online learning in the we can now. What would be most important to you? For me, I love the brand Who Gives A Crap I love the cheeky, humorous, playful marketing, I love they are making a difference in this beautiful world 🌎, I love the vibrant colours they use in their packaging. We all have a choice what we get to do every single day. By taking small steps and taking action every single day, you can move closer to do more of what you want and less of what you don’t. What small steps are you taking today? There comes a point in every creative business owner's journey where they hit a glass ceiling. Some people describe it as feeling stuck, others say they have been winging it and want to take the business more seriously. These are all symptoms of what I call the talent limit. The talent limit is a phenomenon i’ve observed over the past decade after working with some of the world's leading creative studios. They are at the top of their game creatively. They have the contacts, the knowledge and the creativity to solve almost any problem. Despite this, they find themselves asking how to stop competing on price, getting ghosted by prospective clients and charge what they really deserve. The talent limit is predicated on the idea that being good at your craft only gets you so far. In order to break through the talent limit we need to play a different game.    It's no longer enough to be good at what you do. You've mastered the art of creativity. Now it's time to master the business of creativity. The good news is, there are only three key principles you have to master....
