Regularly monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to keep the team aligned and motivated. 4. Foster a Commercial Culture: Create an environment where commercial behaviors are celebrated and integrated into the daily routine. Encourage a mindset shift from ‘selling is not part of what I do’ to ‘helping my client in more areas is a must’.
