    Through the firms customer satisfaction survey improving health and safety by the largest margin of 20%
    All other service streams also showed an increase in satisafaction throughout the year, improving overall satisfaction across multiple service lines.

  • Star Awards

    Business Service Manager

    The facilities team were awarded a star award for the hard work and additional time to the business for the recent Holborn Fire which resulted in loss of power to the building over a period of 4 days over the April Bank Holiday Weekend and for supporting the business with restoring the building in readiness for the staff return the following week and reducing loss of business and restoring all building services to a normal state.
