I recently had the opportunity to join a roundtable discussion hosted by The Business Desk on succession and exit planning. It’s a topic that resonates as we think about the future of Ultimate and the legacy we want to create. The conversation highlighted the importance of forward thinking strategies to ensure a smooth transition. At Ultimate, it’s about more than just continuity, it’s about preserving the culture, relationships and reputation we’ve worked so hard to build.
