PPC campaigns take time to bed in!! Sometimes, we can hit it straight out of the park but often this is the exception rather than the rule. While paid search will instantly start driving traffic to your website, it takes time for your campaigns to start driving serious results. It's naturally all about optimisations. Looking at what's working and what is not working, then pointing the budget according, whether that is pausing poor keywords or stripping kingpin terms into separate campaigns. If you are setting campaigns live it's important to bear this mind and forecast correctly. It's all about the hard slog of testing, testing & more testing. Below is from one of our clients. Touch base if you would like us to do similar work on your campaigns. #ppc

PPC or pay-per-click is a type of internet marketing which involves advertisers paying a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. Simply, you only pay for advertising if your ad is actually clicked on. It's essentially a method of 'buying' visits to your site, in addition to driving website visits organically. #SEOexpert #onlinemarketingstrategy #websitetraffic #seo #onlinemarketing #seointern #seoexecutive #traditionalmarketing #organictraffic #searchengineoptimization #contentmarketing #digitalmarketing #digitechfly #linkedin #marketing

One of the benefits of modernising your B2B Sales team is the ability to use tools like this from Databox I've created a group of almost 300 businesses with B2B sales teams in our ideal sized client of up to 200 employees and a turnover of £10M If you'd like more insight into the 20 benchmarks I've created, let me know and I can send you the link. If you've got HubSpot you can plug your own data in and compare with almost 300 other businesses in your sector. If you've not got HubSpot - think about getting it. This chart is showing the range and median of the number of new customers B2B sales teams are winning each month How does it make you feel?

PPC and SEO: What's the difference? Both PPC and SEO help to increase the visibility of your business online by placing your website content on search engine results pages (SERPs) but they achieve it in different ways and timescales. If you're looking for quick results, opt for PPC. You'll be paying for your ads to appear at the top of SERPs when users are searching for the keywords you're targeting. SEO is a longer-term strategy to get your pages to organically rank higher in SERPs for target keywords. The results aren't as immediate as PPC but if you are continually working on optimising pages, your should consistently see your content rank highly. If you have strategies and budget for both, you should see a boost to your website traffic and enquiries too! Are you utilising PPC, SEO or both right now? #WebDesign #PPC #LeadGeneration

🚀 Understanding the Power of an SEO Audit: A Key to Your Digital Success 🚀 At DigiWise UK, a family-run digital marketing agency based in Buckinghamshire, we believe in the power of a thorough SEO audit to propel your online presence to new heights. But what exactly is an SEO audit, and why is it crucial for your business? An SEO audit is a comprehensive analysis of your website's current SEO performance. My client’s CPL reduced from £226 → £40. In 2 months of working together. Here's the process we took: 1. Strategy - defined the ideal client (wine investors) 2. Marketing - decided what platforms to use to get leads 3. Ads setup - set up ads on Google and Meta 4. Optimise - consistently improved the ads That's a very simplified version of what we ACTUALLY did. If you want to reduce your cost per lead, you can: Look at my content, a lot of it’s there. OR If you want to speed up the whole process and get more leads, Click ‘Book an Appointment’ at the top of this post. ⬆

High bounce rates will destroy your cold email campaigns if you do not have preventative measures in place... I am going to explain what they are, why they matter, the common causes and what you can do to reduce your bounce rate. So bounce rate refers to the percentage of emails that could not be delivered to the recipients inbox. In easy terms, when an email 'bounces' it means it was returned to the sender without reaching its intended destination. There are two main types of bounces: Hard Bounce: A permanent failure caused by reasons such as an invalid address or a non-existent domain. Soft Bounce: A temporary failure due to issues like a full inbox, server problems or the recipients email server being down. So why do they matter? High bounce rates will significantly impact your email campaigns success and your sender reputation: 1. Sender Reputation: ESPs (Email Service Providers) track bounce rates to assess the quality of your email list. A high bounce rate damages your sender reputation, which leads to more of your emails being sent to spam. 2. Deliverability: Emails that bounce don't reach their intended recipients, which reduces the overall effectiveness of your campaign. Less contacts = less replies = less positive replies = less calls booked. It's a numbers game. 3. Cost: Managing high bounce rates actually becomes costly after a while both from a time and financial perspective. You have to constantly clean and update your email lists. Exporting, editing, cleaning and importing big CSV files takes a lot of time, the software to verify these leads can get expensive too. Here are 6 steps to improve your bounce rate. It is a combination of best practices and proactive measures: 1. Regularly Clean Your Email List: Use email verification tools to check the validity of email addresses before launching any campaign. Make sure you are removing any inactive or invalid addresses regularly to keep your list up to date. 2. Monitor And Segment Your List: Segment your list based on engagement levels and send targeted campaigns to the active users (there are tools which allow you to filter leads by engagement and activity). 3. Use Quality Email Sending Services: Choose reputable email service providers (ESPs) with good deliverability rates and anti-spam measures. 4. Maintain A Healthy Sender Reputation: Avoid spammy content and excessive use of promotional language (I will cover this in a future post). Using authenticated domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup will enhance your emails credibility. 5. Send Relevant Content: In order to maintain high engagement rates, it is important to ensure that your emails are relevant and valuable to your recipients. Personalise them frequently based on your ICPs preferences and behaviour. 6. Monitor Bounce Reports: This step is crucial. Keep an eye on the bounce reports provided by your ESP so you can clamp down on any increases in bounce rate immediately. Hope this was useful.

CRO is crucial. When running lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, it's essential to nail this first. Your website’s conversion rate plays a big role. If it’s low, your campaigns will likely underperform, raising costs and reducing returns. 👉 A strong offer is essential. 👉 Make sure your value proposition is clear so potential customers understand it 👉 Your landing page should have key elements like social proof to build trust. 👉 Make it easy for customers to enquire. If you miss these, your campaign may stall. ❌ Which can be worse than failure because you’ll keep spending without seeing real results. Take time to test and refine different offers to see what resonates best with your audience. ✅ A clear message and an optimised landing page can make a big difference. #leadgeneration #googleads #ppc #cro P.S. How We Surpassed Client KPIs set by over 370% 📈 We've been working with Connectus Utilities for just over 6 months, supporting with Google Ads and the results have been 🔥🔥🔥 Prior to coming on board with us, they'd not ran any PPC for their Connectus site before, so were entering unchartered territory. Fear not though as we were confident in what we could achieve! The first few weeks were very focused on understanding their customer profile and aligning that with a detailed Google Ads strategy. Once clear, we then built out the campaigns comprising of a mix between search and PMAX. In the early months, cross-checking lead quality with the client was essential and Herjyot M. did a great job of liaising with their individual teams to understand their service further. That led to building out additional campaigns and narrowing down on their target audience. Fast forward to today and they're seeing a record number of enquiries at a great cost per lead! Full link to the case study in the comments. If you're interested in a free PPC audit, drop me a message and we'll take it from there! #googleads #ppc #digitalmarketing
