    - Analysis of personal sales data to identify opportunities for the future
    - Identification of other areas of potential business development (Merchandising Equipment opportunity, postcode opportunity etc.)

    Section 3 - Plan with 3 Clear Focus Areas with How this will be achieved measured against actual achievement

    Focus 1 - Growing the Ultra Value Sector
    Achievement -
    - Hit targets on all 5 Focused brands over the 12 month period (products that were 30% below target on taking over the area)
    - Reduced retailers price on ultra value products across the board to give JTI a more competitive standpoint aginst Imperial Tobacco

    Focus 2 - Maximising Supermarket Sales in Highest Performing Postcodes
    Achievement -
    - SW17 postcode saw a rise in Share of Market from initial targetted activities in May 23 through to EOY
    - 2 main stores targetted in SW16 kept market share in the postcode afloat

    Focus 3 - Growth of Awareness for Reduced Risk Products
    Achievement -
    - Maintained highest distribution amongst highest performing products over the period
    - Individual success stores through retailer education on what can and cannot be displayed
