Your words create your reality Become aware of the words that you say But also listen closely at what words others say as well When on a sales call and you use words like I believe I think This could This might Using those words/phrases leave doubt It’s showing you doubt yourself Which the prospect/client will pick up on and not give them the confidence in you/the company Start using words/phrases like I know This will This is going to It comes off more confident and intentional Which translates a lot better energetically to you clients and makes them feel comfortable/confident that you know what you’re talking about Words are powerful use them to your advantage
