On the pitch, Brian Moore was the ultimate competitor, who earned himself the nickname 'The Pitbull' for his uncompromising and all-action performances in the unforgiving world of the front row. Traumatic childhood experiences created a desire to prove himself, and he went on to establish himself as England's first-choice hooker for almost a decade, winning 64 caps, three Grand Slams and appearing at three Rugby World Cups. This is his England Rugby story.

Grassroots rugby across the country is propped up by the tireless work of volunteers – no more so than at West Norfolk RFC, where volunteer of the year Ellen Collison is working to build the women's and girls' game. We visited the club to see the fantastic work Ellen is doing for the grassroots game in her community.
