It’s great to be able to celebrate so many long service milestones reached this year at EVTEC Automotive. It is especially pleasing as a business to see that these cover all different areas including Production, IT, Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain & Human Resources. These employee’s long service helps to give us the consistency across the business to grow in a fast-changing world and we would like to say a big THANK YOU for all their loyalty and hard work in their time with us! Yesterday we visited two manufacturers. In the morning we visited EVTEC Group in Coventry. I'd heard alot about the work they do but it was lovely to see firsthand. If ever a company has successfully developed an inclusive environment its here. 43% of the workforce have a disability, 45% of the workforce are female and there are 14 nationalities. Amazing to see the work with SEND schools and colleges. Giving young people who may never get an opportunity a great start in life and a career.🥳 Growing and developing in the EV market and I look forward to seeing their developments. We always love it when things run like clockwork, and it’s all down to our experienced engineers. At our Kidderminster facilities we have some of the largest die casting machines in the UK ranging from 700t to 2700t.
