🔎 Inside Housing has released its analysis on Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) - and the results leave much room for improvement. The publication looked at TSM data from 203 social housing providers. It focused on three key areas: 🔎 Satisfaction 🔎 Repairs 🔎 Complaint handling Take a look at the headline figures in the image below. 👇 The results for repairs and satisfaction may seem good. But they still leave around 30% of residents unhappy with the quality of their homes. 😞 This represents hundreds of thousands of homes, many of which will house vulnerable people and children. How can they improve this? One way is to prioritise resident satisfaction over focussing on cost. What do you think of these TSM results?
