We have submitted plans to Reading Borough Council on behalf of developer Elder, for the new Greyfriars House co-living scheme. Situated at 20-30 Greyfriars Road, Elder's plans propose demolishing the existing building on-site to make way for a new development. The project includes a part seven, part 13-storey structure, featuring 266 co-living units—comprising 243 standard units and 23 larger, accessible units—designed to meet the applicable co-living design standards. Elder’s co-living concept reimagines urban living by engaging its local community and maintaining strong ties to the local area. With all its power coming from 100% renewable sources, the building has a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A20 ratings.   Ealing Cross, London  A refurbishment of 130,000 sq ft of office space, offers seven floors of premium Grade A office space, distinguished by an impressive double-height reception that establishes a sense of openness and sophistication upon entry. The design integrates a café lounge club room and well-appointed meeting rooms, creating spaces that promote both productivity and comfort. Practical features such as ample cycle storage and on-site parking are seamlessly incorporated, while flexible working solutions reflect a commitment to adaptability in a dynamic work environment.   Fairfax, Bristol  Regeneration of a significant commercial landmark in Bristol to compliment the rising demand of modern tenants. Located just moments from Cabot Circus and The Galleries in Bristol’s city centre, The Fairfax offers a refined 14-storey workspace experience over that integrates urban convenience with thoughtful design. Entering through a welcoming club room lounge, tenants are greeted by a concierge in a space that feels more like a boutique hotel than a conventional office. On behalf of our client Eutopia Homes Ltd, we have secured a resolution to grant for 139 new homes with associated new public open spaces for a residential-led regeneration of the former St John Fisher School in Chatham, Kent. After many months of positive dialogue with Medway Council and local community engagement, Eutopia Homes, in partnership with Chenavari Investment Managers are pleased that officers have recommended approval of this high-quality mixed housing scheme. Athina Athiana, one of our Project Architects was invited for the second consecutive year to teach one of the Introductory workshops for the B-Pro postgraduate program at the The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL.
