We are a consultancy dedicated to enabling marketing to be a more effective growth engine. Our team, comprised of industry experts and consultants with backgrounds spanning brand side, agency, technology, and publishing, advises Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs), senior marketers, and their teams on strategies that best suit their brand and business. We work with some of the world’s most progressive brands including Mars Dell, KFC, Sainsburys, 7-Eleven, Morrisons and Ulta Beauty. Why do we exist ? Marketing is undergoing a scientific transformation and with that has come added complexity around customer experience and the role that data and technology play. We speak to hundreds of marketers every year and consistently hear the same challenges: - Evolve the operating model - More seamlessly connect Marketing and IT -Create more cross-functional ways of working - Democratise customer data and analytics - Evolve marketing effectiveness techniques It became obvious to us that there was a gap in the market. Strategic management consultants are strong at kickstarting financially driven transformation but lack practitioner expertise and a focus on ‘the how’. Big agencies are excellent at execution but are too campaign orientated and hindered by legacy commercial models and distrust. We built CvE to translate high-level transformation into tangible next steps, anchored to value creation and to co-pilot alongside a brand to implement change so transformation gets over the finish line. We are the consulting arm of The Goodway Group.
