Fractal Terra — our iconic small form factor PC case has been awarded the prestigious Red Dot Design Award 2024 for Product Design.

We are pleased to release our 2023 Annual and Sustainability Report, showcasing significant achievements throughout the year. Over the period, we delivered a record net sales figure of 773.3 SEKm, which amounted to a net sales growth of 59.2% for the full year, significantly surpassing market trends. The strong growth in 2023 and the market share we captured were primarily driven by our successful product portfolio, including the North, Pop, Ridge and Terra case series, which further confirmed our position as the leading brand for the design-conscious gamer. This helped us to achieve a record-high EBITDA of 137.2 SEKm. As we grow, we also remain committed to develop in other areas of our business. During 2023, we continued to deliver a premium customer experience, resulting in a high customer satisfaction score and are proud to have achieved an improved Employee Net Promoter Score. Additionally, we increased our engagement with the PC gaming community by launching our Social Impact initiative focusing on mental health. Our first quarterly report of 2024 reveals a solid start to the year, with strong sales figures. For the first quarter of the year, Net Sales amounted to SEK 192.4 million (195.5), and EBITDA was SEK 36.4 million (41.6), corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 18.9% (21.3). The product margin was 42.8% (40.4). "In line with our expectations, the first quarter of the year displayed sales levels consistent with the previous year. This is despite facing high comparative figures from 2023, during which we had a growth of 66% in the same period. We observe that the demand for our products continues to be at a high level, and for the full year 2024 we see good opportunities for growth." — Jonas Holst, CEO. We are pleased to announce record results with the release of our 2023 financial results for Q4 and the full year. Our net sales amounted to a record figure of 773.3 SEKm for the full year, surpassing the previous period's result of 485.6 SEKm. In 2023, we also secured our highest-ever EBITDA of 137.2 SEKm (34.0), while increasing our product margin to 40.8% (36.9). Net sales in Q4 amounted to 142.6 SEKm (141.7), EBITDA to 12.6 SEKm (13.3) and the product margin was 40.8% (37.0).
