Он прав, Азербайджан из года в год перестает быть нефтянным государством. Если раньше надо было както оправдать полунищее существование народа при росте нефтедоходов, то теперь этого уже не потребуется. Нет нефти нет проблемы... скоро начнем получать гуманитарную помощь. Как пример можно привести историю государства Габон.
