The city has covered over 99.8% of all its roads with over 12.7 million images—and they're capturing all of the imagery themselves. Researchers from HeiGIT just published a worldwide dataset on street surface types using Mapillary imagery as an input. This first-of-its-kind dataset will be immensely valuable for transportation, safety, and economic development efforts. Check out their post below to learn more!
