I’ve found that refreshing the pipeline requires thinking outside the box. Experimenting with interactive content like quizzes or webinars, leveraging partnerships for co-marketing, and optimizing cold outreach with AI personalization have been worked well for us. It’s all about meeting leads where they are and offering real value.

If you are struggling it can often be that your offer has become a little stale. Whether it’s through a change in the market, a new rival product or service, or that trends have changed and moved on. I would suggest you take time out to look look at your offer/assumptions, get feedback from existing or previous customers if possible and honestly look at whether your offer is still a compelling one for your target market. Make adjustments based on any new information, you will probably find something fundamental has shifted whilst you were out selling.

Invitación al nuevo showroom, black friday, productos nuevos... - Pregunta abierta que incentive a la otra persona a hablar.
