Victoria Beckham doesn't have time to care about what people think.

She's too busy being successful.

In a new Harper's Bazaar UK cover story published on Nov. 4, Victoria got candid about how her life has changed, especially since turning 50 in April. She told the outlet that though she and husband David Beckham, to whom she's been married since 1999, have lived quite public lives over the years, lately they've become more "discreet."

Victoria said it's "just how we want to conduct our lives right now," adding, “I suppose it used to be fun to go out and be chased by paparazzi walking down Bond Street — and you would dress knowing you were going to get that. I don’t want that any more.”

But perhaps the more pronounced change in her life since turning 50 is the fact that the fashion designer and former Spice Girl has grown more nonchalant about what the world around her thinks about her. When asked if she pays attention to what's written and said about her, Victoria told the outlet, “I’ve been doing this too long. I suppose I did when I was growing up but, nowadays, there’s just too much going on; too busy; too many kids to worry about. I woke up at 50, and I gave a s--- less.”

Victoria, who shares sons Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 22, Cruz , 19, and daughter Harper, 13 with David, also opened up to Harper's Bazaar UK about her Victoria Beckham brand being on the upswing and turning a profit in 2023, nearly two decades after she'd launched her eponymous fashion house.

"It’s a huge accomplishment," she gushed. "The company has been through so much over the last 17 years — ups, downs, restructuring... it’s been quite the journey. So, finally, to be able to say we’re profitable is something I’m so proud of, because it’s not an easy industry, and it’s getting harder and harder. To be able to say that I’m selling clothes right now, when you look at how luxury is struggling..."

She viewed her Fashion Week move to Paris two years ago as part of her success — and her own decision and role in that. She admitted that she wanted to point the finger at others as being the catalyst for the success but ultimately admitted that maybe — just maybe — it was her own doing.

"I actually gave myself a little pat on the back."
