While some relationship have taken steps to heal, some bridges will never be mended on season 11 of Vanderpump Rules.

In the midseason trailer Bravo released on Tuesday, exes Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval will have a long awaited confrontation after avoiding each other in the aftermath of Sandoval's months-long affair with Rachel "Raquel" Leviss.

"He's not a trash person, he's a good person who did a trash thing," Tom Schwartz defends Sandoval before Ariana interjects and Schwartz corrects himself, "A lot of things."

As the teaser features Schwartz proposing a "one-night stand" with his ex-wife Katie Maloney and Lala Kent hosting what seems to be a sperm-themed baby shower, Ariana introduces the group to her boyfriend Daniel Wai for the first time on camera.

When Schwartz asks if Daniel has "ever had a threesome," the New York City-based fitness influencer laughs out loud before the scene transitions to a shot of Daniel hurriedly putting on a pair of jeans as Lala catches him fresh out the shower and half-naked.

Sandoval later says of his ex's new beau: "Ariana's got good taste in men."

"If Ariana's ex were to come up and be like, 'Hey dude, I'm Sandoval,' what would you do?" Lala asks Daniel as the trailer flashes to footage of Sandoval approaching for the first meeting.

But Daniel is wary, saying, "I know what he's done."

Elsewhere in the trailer, Sandoval's authenticity is called into question. While flashes of the Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras frontman crying play, Katie wonders, "How many times are we going to keep believing this man's 'genuine' tears?"

And two old frenemies reunite when Jax Taylor steps back on the scene.

"You've been relentlessly talking s--- about me," Sandoval says.

Jax throws cold water on his friend's pity party: "The whole world has talked s--- about you! The whole entire world!"

Fans see Ariana and Sandoval interact for the first time since the Chicago star's explosive confrontation in season 10 during the cast's outing to the beach.

"According to your rules Ariana," Sandoval begins as she interrupts him mid-sentence, "Don't speak to me. Don't speak to me."

Later at an event, Ariana walks away from Sandoval as he pleads for a moment with her.

"Ariana, wait one second," he says while walking after her. She goes to tell friends that Sandoval would like "30 seconds with the audience" and adds, "He doesn't give a f--- if I f---ing died in a ditch

He then approaches the same group and declares, "Ariana, she f---ing talked s--- about all of you f---ers!"

During a heated group conversation, Scheana Shay confronts Sandoval and claims that she's had "f---ed up thoughts" about her husband Brock Davies cheating on her with her best friend Lala because of his affair with Rachel.

She cries, "I'm like 'Oh my God, could someone do that to me?' You did that!"

Despite her anxieties, Scheana later attempts to repair her relationship with Sandoval and asks what their friendship means to him. When he replies, "You mean a lot," she grills him harder, "Because we're filming or because of life?"
