On Wednesday, Aug. 14, the luxury shoe brand introduced former Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, supermodel Christy Turlington, actress and writer Issa Rae, actress Lucy Liu and model Ming Xi as global ambassadors. The group of stars is set to appear in an upcoming campaign film “How Lovely to Be a Woman," premiering September 4th and kicking off fashion month in some incredible shoes. "A celebration of modern womanhood, the campaign intends to capture the pleasures and pressures of simply being a woman in the world today," says the brand in a press release. In the campaign images, the five women wear a mix of everyday and elevated styles from Stuart Weitzman's most iconic footwear families, including the 5050 Collection, the STUART Collection and the NUDIST Collection. The model, who welcomed her first child in May, appeared pregnant in the campaign a dreamy campaign video in which she reflected on her journey to motherhood. “I feel like I’ve been waiting so long for this,” Richie is heard saying in a voiceover. “I’m about to step into my next chapter.
