On Monday, Sept. 2, the Sister Wives star, 52, addressed fans in an "extra vulnerable" video shared on Instagram, telling women who feel "trapped, stuck, and afraid" that they are "not alone." Christine — who announced she was ending her spiritual marriage to Kody Brown in November 2021 after more than 25 years together — told the camera in the encouraging clip, “Hi, I see you, and I remember what it was like to be you. I remember knowing that I had to make changes and the life that I was living wasn’t what I had in mind and I knew the only person responsible to make those changes was myself." “I didn’t even know how to make those changes, and I didn’t know what to do and I felt so lost and I realized that I was making my decisions based on fear,” she added. "My gosh, I've been so blessed to be able to find a source of strength, and so grateful for that," Christine said in the new Instagram video, before reiterating that there "is hope," and that she believes in it "for you, for myself" and "all of us." Kody has said of their split that he "wasn't in love" with Christine anymore and that he was "just glad that she was brave enough" to end their relationship.
