In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the Sister Wives star admitted there was "a lot of stressing leading up to" her now-husband David Woolley meeting her ex Kody Brown and her former sister wives Meri, Janelle and Robyn, as she teased what viewers can expect from the meeting, which was filmed for the show's 19th season. "You'll see if there's shots fired, you'll see if there's punches thrown," Christine, 52, said. "We're gonna have to wait and see." Woolley, 60, explained he handled the meeting by just being himself. "I'm me, and I just be me, and if people don't like it, then I don't know what to do." "He makes everything just simple and uncomplicated. That's the vision. He doesn't worry about things or stress about things," she said. Christine Brown/Instagram Christine's marriage to Woolley — which marks her first legal marriage, as she was only spiritually married to Kody, 55, from whom she split in 2021 — has changed her perspective on a lot of things, but particularly on how she can flourish independently while being happy with someone else. "I'm more independent and confident than I ever was before being married. I don't even understand it. It's so weird," she told the outlet. "When you find your person — the, 'You actually fulfill my life and you complete me,' all that ridiculous [stuff]. I'm like, 'That's dumb.' No. It's a real thing. It's amazing." "I literally watch the show now and hope it's more about Christine and David than about the rest of us, because they're falling in love," he said. "And it's cute."
