Directed by Mark Brokaw, it also featured performances by Casey Affleck, Jamie Hector and Aubrey Plaza. Lobby Hero, according to an official synopsis, follows "Jeff, a luckless young security guard trying to get his life together after being thrown out of the Navy. But the lobby proves to be no sanctuary from the world, as Jeff is drawn into a local murder investigation involving his supervisor. Four New Yorkers involved in the investigation face moral and ethical dilemmas that explore issues of racism and sexism, and whether it's ever honorable to do the wrong thing for the right reason." The second annual Fall Benefit raised funds to support The Center at West Park, which is a nonprofit performing arts center "committed to diversity, accessibility, affordability, and equal access," per its website. "I think a society without art is not much of a society. I wouldn't want to live in one that didn't have art in it," Radnor tells PEOPLE. "And I think art is not just entertainment — it's how we stand up to power, it's how we look at ourselves, it's how we know who we are and what we care about, and how we argue in a civilized way."
