On Sunday, the singer, 33, shared a TikTok of herself singing Tammy Wynette's country classic “D-I-V-O-R-C-E.” In the video, Morris plays the guitar and sings the lyrics, “Our D-I-V-O-R-C-E becomes final today.” Marris also stitched a clip from a wedding ceremony where the groom told the bride, “I promise to smack that ass every chance I get.” The clip had the words, “I would have been a runaway bride,” written over the top. A representative for Morris did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment. Morris filed for divorce from country singer Hurd, 37, after five years of marriage in October. The filing cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce. The documents stated that the pair, who share 3½-year-old son Hayes Andrew, have been separated since the filing date. Earlier this month, Morris opened up about her single status for the first time and admitted that she doesn’t have the “headspace” for dating since filing for divorce. Stern then asked the Grammy winner whether or not she is currently dating. "No, I would like this to sort of wrap up," she replied, referencing the divorce. "I don’t have the headspace for that, but I am writing so much right now," she continued. "That’s kind of been my way of dating, is just through song." Morris and Hurd first met in 2013 during a songwriting session for Tim McGraw and tied the knot in March 2018 in Nashville after nearly three years of dating. The year before they married, Morris opened up to PEOPLE about the couple’s relationship and how their friendship blossomed into romance. “We had been friends for only a couple of years, but there was always this writing chemistry in the room, and eventually, the timing of it was undeniable,” she said. “We had such a foundation built off writing so many songs over the years that we were like, ‘Why are we avoiding this?’ ” Close
