The 39-year-old “Firework” singer announced her new single “Woman’s World,” which will be released on July 11 along with the music video on July 12. The new track will be the first single off her upcoming sixth studio album, which has yet to be announced. “Woman’s World” will also be the first time Perry has released music since her fifth studio album Smile dropped back in 2020. Ahead of the new single’s release, Perry shared a snippet of the “sexy” track on TikTok and Instagram while lip-syncing to the track’s lyrics “sexy, confident/so intelligent/she is heaven sent/so soft, so strong.” She wore a white mesh bikini and metal boots, which are also featured wearing in the artwork for the new single. Back in February Perry officially announced on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that season 22 would be her last season as a judge.
