Patrick Dempsey, Lea Michele and Rashida Jones call on her regularly for all things interiors. She owns a restaurant in Los Angeles with Jessica Biel. And she’s collaborated on a home line with Biel’s husband, Justin Timberlake. But when the pace of celeb-driven L.A. life gets a little too hectic for even this seasoned pro, Stanley escapes to her Hamptons retreat, which she’s been decorating in her signature luxe neutrals since purchasing the place last year. Stanley’s vision for the home’s picturesque screened porch, which is featured in the latest issue of Better Homes and Gardens, totally diverged from her usual aesthetic: “I think because I’m so muted in L.A., and the Hamptons, I feel, is so colorful and preppy, I wanted to kind of go in that direction,” she said. “I wanted it to feel lively and vibrant out here.” WATCH: Odd Mom Out’s Jill Kargman Shows Off the NYC Carriage House She’s ‘Never Leaving’ Courtesy Better Homes & Gardens; photography by David Land; styled by One Kings Lane To give her a dose of sophisticated seaside style, she turned to The Studio at One Kings Lane, the in-house design consultancy of the online home goods retailer. Together they fashioned a quintessentially East Coast hangout. A fresh navy blue, white and pink color palette and a rope-trimmed mirror establish a nautical theme, while rattan furnishings and a slew of geometric motifs lend the outdoor room a boho vibe. Everybody really, really loves it.” Close
