Gabrielle Union Poses in Her Birthday Suit as She Showers in 'Sexy' Post: ‘This Is Me at 52’

Gabrielle Union is feeling empowered in her 50s!

On Tuesday, Oct. 29, the actress posted a racy photo on Instagram of herself in her birthday suit while taking a shower as she marked her 52nd birthday. 

“This is 52,” Union began in the caption. “This is grown woman s---.”

“This is being accountable for mess ups. Being gracious when others mess up. Being open to being wrong and being proud and confident when you are right,” she wrote. 

In the snap, Union appeared naked with her hand holding a small towel, partially covering her, while placed over her chest as she took a shower outdoors in front of a stone wall. 

She continued, “This is loving passionately and unapologetically. This is clear and firm boundaries. This is sexy. This is audacious. This is fun and full of wild adventures. This is calling a thing a thing and not falling for the Okey Doke and demanding better.”

“This is being alone without being lonely. This is enjoying nature. This is fierce and compassionate motherhood. This is fighting for my people and yours. This is me at 52. Loving ALL of me,” Union proudly concluded. 

The Perfect Find star looked sensational in other photos included in the birthday post as she posed for a selfie in a bathroom mirror while wearing a waistcoat unbuttoned at the chest and solo on the beach at sunset. 

In one video shared, Union posed in a silver embellished halter gown with a plunging back in a hotel room. A second clip showed Union filming herself in a black bikini as she stood by a swimming pool in what appeared to be her backyard. 

In a final photo, Union appeared with her back to the camera in a red bikini kneeling on the deck of a yacht while facing the sea. The actress raised her arms the air as she held a drink in one hand.

Union’s husband Dwyane Wade also shared a birthday tribute post, writing to her on Instagram, “Happy Birthday, Mrs. Wade! @GabUnion ❤️.”

On her Instagram Stories, Union reposted a video of herself celebrating her birthday with friends and family. 

In the clip, she stood with Wade, 42, and their daughter Kaavia, 5, in what appeared to be a restaurant next to a two-tier cake decorated with flowers and the words ‘Happy Birthday Gab!” in gold icing, as the group sang “Happy Birthday” to Union.
