Kelly Osbourne Celebrates Her 40th Birthday with Mom Sharon and Friends at Dinner in Los Angeles

Kelly Osbourne is ringing in 40 in style!

The star took to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Oct. 27, to re-post flicks shared from her glammed-up birthday dinner at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., where she was joined by her mom, Sharon Osbourne, and a select group of close friends.

Kelly re-shared a Stories post from Kip Zachary, who posted an image of himself, Kelly and Sharon together at the event. In the flick, Sharon wears a black, flowing, tuxedo-like ensemble with a loose-hanging bow tie, while Kelly sports a figure-hugging black gown.

In another larger group image posted by Blowing LA star Laua Rugetti, she and the Osbournes posed alongside friends Alessandra Torresani, Daniel Nguyen, Shanina Shaik, Jeff Beacher and Brooke Dulien Lester.

It's unclear if Kelly's boyfriend, Slipknot member Sid Wilson, was in attendance.

Zakk Wylde's wife, Barbaranne Wylde, chimed in the comments underneath Rugetti's post with well wishes, saying, "Stunning @kellyosbourne We hope you had an amazing day. Love you so much."

Rugetti also shared a video on her Instagram Stories of Kelly during what appears to be her birthday dinner cuddling her and Wilson's son Sidney, 2.

Earlier in the day, Kelly also reposted a picture to her Instagram Stories that Sharon shared of her as a child joined by father Ozzy Osbourne. Alongside the image, Sharon wrote, "Happy Birthday to my darling daughter Kelly. I love you always and forever. MaMa ❤️"

On Oct. 19, Kelly was seen with Sidney at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2024 induction ceremony, where her father was being honored. In a sweet snap from the evening, the mother-son duo can be seen smiling together with Kelly rocking a black lace, long-sleeve top, while her toddler looked adorable in a tiny black suit and bowtie.

Kelly's brother Jack Osbourne, 38, also shared a family snap to Instagram following Ozzy's induction that showcased himself, Kelly, Sharon, and his two daughters Pearl, 12, and Andy, 9. "Crew @rockhall," he captioned the post.
