Big news from B'ZEOS! 🌊 We’re excited to share a major milestone in our journey: B'ZEOS has successfully closed our Seed Round of funding, led by Faber with participation from the industrial group ICIG Ventures. Since 2018, we’ve been on a mission to bring scalable, seaweed-based packaging solutions to the global market. This pivotal achievement brings us closer to turning that vision into reality. 🌊 It's Week 3 of #PlasticFreeJuly, and today B'ZEOS is looking back on the #Plastisea Project! The consortium coordinated by SINTEF Industry, brought together research institutes, universities, and B'ZEOS to: 👉Utilize sustainably cultivated brown seaweed to validate material development. 👉Analyze the entire value chain, from raw material to the end-of-life, to ensure sustainability from start to finish. 👉Conduct a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for B'ZEOS seaweed-based materials. As a result of the project, our team worked hands-on with experts across the value chain, including seaweed specialists, material scientists, and research institutes, to validate our innovative technology. 🔬 Science, R+D, and sustainability drive the core of what we do at B'ZEOS.
