On the 27th of November 2024, the 5th edition of PreWork, organized by UM6P in the Benguerir campus, brought together more than 60 companies and 150 recruiters, offering a platform for exchanges between students and professionals from various sectors. Hosted at UM6P Career Center, this interactive event enabled students to understand the expectations of the job market and to showcase their skills to leading companies. On the same occasion, the Program Advisory Committees (PACs) were launched, bringing together sector experts and UM6P alumni as mentors, to adapt training courses to the realities of the market. Mariam El Aichaoui, Head of UM6P's Career Center, stated: "PreWork and the Program Advisory Committees are concrete examples of UM6P's commitment to building lasting bridges between academia and industry. These initiatives embody our ability to anticipate changes in the world of work and train talent capable of meeting emerging needs through innovative, connected and collaborative approaches." These actions demonstrate UM6P's engagement to overcome issues in the job market by combining structured teaching, immersive experiences and collaborations with industry, aiming to train agile and innovative leaders able to meet tomorrow's challenges while creating lasting links with the business world.
