In my experience I’d focus on a strategic/hands-on approach: Assess: I start by auditing my team’s skills/identifying gaps with key trends like AI-driven analytics or advanced automation -- which are evolving everyday. Leverage Experts: I've tapped into industry leaders for workshops/webinars to deep dive into a new trend that is here to stay and will effect our day-to-day. Hands-On A/B Testing: I love an A/B test. Testing tools/strategies through live campaigns fosters a culture of learning and innovation. Track Progress: Use KPIs to measure the impact of training, ensuring it drives ROI and aligns with business goals so it truly effects change. This approach keeps the team agile/ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.

You need to generate leads for your business. Which PPC advertising platforms should you use?
There are many considerations that go into choosing the correct PPC platform: 1) Budget: Google Ads can be flexible on budgets, while LinkedIn Ads can be more expensive. 2) Search vs. Social: If your audience actively searches, Google may be your thing. If building professional relationships/targeting specific business demographics are crucial, then LinkedIn. 3) Content Strategy: If thought leadership is central to your lead strategy, LinkedIn's professional environment may be more conducive for these efforts. Etc etc. Ultimately, you need to run some testing and learn quickly. Most likely you'll have a mix. Most businesses find success with a combo of platforms to maximize reach and engagement across different stages of the funnel.

How can you address social change in your communication?
To truly understand the context of the social change you are actually addressing, or need to address that you may not already realize, within your organization, is to first actually understand the lived experiences, needs, and perspectives of the people directly impacted by the social issue itself. This step builds the entire foundation for the types of communications that must be created and provides the direction for the platforms that should be utilized in order to direct this change. This type of community-centered and participatory approach will foster a more authentic and effective response to social issues both internally and externally in your organization and will honestly drive the rest of actions forward.

What are the biggest challenges in email marketing and how can you overcome them?
Emails are nothing without unique automation journeys that are steeped in personalization based on action and behavioral analytics. Data is king in your email strategy, especially since it is unbiased. It enhances engagement, relevance, and customer relationships all while allowing you to stand out in a crowded digital landscape. Also -- don't just focus on acquisition, always consider email for retention, showing that you value your customers and understand their needs as they grow with you. Data in your best friend for lead gen and loyalty growth in email marketing.
