My professional experience of over a decade, so far has been a diverse and enriching journey full of surprises and great learnings.
I started off in Idea Cellular, had a stint in Flipkart, got married for love, shifted cities, found my passion of marketing, started freelancing which grew into a digital marketing agency, moved back to corporate, had amazing stints at TVF, MX Player and at Disney+ Hotstar. Right now I am loving working in the B2B SaaS space at Sprouts.ai

Met some amazing people along the way who all taught me something.
Working with varied clients with diverse portfolios trained me in multitasking, finding multiple growth strategies and testing and leveraging the leading tools and platforms. It also taught me how to manage employees and a team under me. Running an agency embedded in me an entrepreneurial mindset that has stayed with me.

Corporate work gave me the opportunity to learn from some awesome managers, how to work within a team & inspire the ones who work under you.
But the main thing I have learnt is how to get stuff done. Achieve your targets and goals no matter what. A highly curious person, I love innovating and trying new strategies. I love to walk the uncharted path and contribute to the growth of the business and/or project. I love working with people towards a common goal.
Apart from work, I love teaching. I frequently take lectures at MDI and have taken guest lectures in IIM’s and other management colleges.

    Britannia's trade marketing team needed a way to identify its various channels so that marketing activities could be carried out in more customized manner for different channels. I developed a module for the same involving the channels distribution system and the entire sales team. A pilot of the module was done in metros and later it was implemented PAN India.
