Actual problem roots up when personnels willingly embrace careless attitude. Also some of them least care about safety of others leave aside own safety. Also, showoff and feeling of revenge. These all factors make driving unsafe even for professional and safe driver. I believe all vehicles plying on road should be equipped mandatory dashcams or any other cameras and the feed should directly be shared with Transport department. Based on periodic reviews of the feed the validity of license should be extended or terminated. This step will definitely put a stop on unsafe driving.

All of this simply boils down to parenting and friends/social circle. I have known some of them myself while growing up who were very rash drivers and caused or were part of many accidents and couple of things that were common among all these guys were: 1. Their relationship with their parents was terrible, either they were raised by single fathers or the father was the dominant counterpart. 2. Friends circle, I know some guys who were at their character very polite and act responsible with older people but these same guys become take on a role/mask of monsters when among their friends or social circle. It really doesn't matter whether these people belong to elite or extremely poor societies. They simple need to be banished to a place where they do not have a privilege of free flow of money or power/strength that comes from their known circle. I have proofs of the guys who I have mentioned above who grew up to be better adults when placed in environments that required immense responsibility and struggle.

This is Aswini and Anish, two IT professionals who were returning home in Pune on May 19 when an unregistered Porsche, driving at 150 km/h in Kalyani Nagar, hit them. One of them died on the spot, and the other died during medical treatment. 😢 The driver of the car was a 17-year-old minor, allegedly returning from a club after partying with friends to celebrate their 12th-grade results. Why this is not just an accident but a murder: 1. The car was unregistered; the showroom delivered the car without registration. 2. The parents allowed a minor to drive without a license. 3. The club owner served alcohol and admitted a minor. 4. The traffic police failed to notice an unregistered, overspeeding car on the road for months. When the minor was arrested at midnight, he received VIP treatment. A local MLA came to his rescue, with a team of lawyers. 😔 While common people face delays in their cases, this minor was granted bail on a Sunday in just 14 hours. The bail condition was that he should write an essay, and his parents should ensure he doesn't repeat the same mistake. Bad people get away from such crimes only because good people are not united. If the society is united, there is no force in this world who can stop justice being served. I am sure at this point their families are not looking for our condolence instead looking for justice. So I request everyone who are friends with influential people in various fields, like IAS, IPS, Lawyers, Politics, Doctors etc. share this with them. Ask for their support and raise our voice boldly. Force the system to get the justice. “Justice must not only be done, but it must also be seen to be done.” So that next time people think thousand times before driving rash on roads. Allow me to be completely honest here and I apologize for it but they should get justice. All those A class top lawyers who are looking for more fame. There are few concerns to notice and action on, 1) Ban all the alcohol shops, suppliers and clubs. They do more harm nearly to 95% For the safety and security of all, There must be a permanent ban on all the Bars, pubs, clubs and all other similar places and mediums that mislead. one positive point of drinking alcohol is a person with pain forgets the suffering for very minimum duration. But that person also looses his/her level of consciousness and status of human as well. Government and suppliers make a lot of money via alcohol hence inspite of the extremely dangerous effects, it's served and supplied. 2) Punishment must be always strict and severe so that humans avoid doing that mistake or crime due to the severity of punishment. There MUST NOT be any biasness for anyone in front of court, judge, politicians, police and lawyers. I would rather suggest to find a way to conduct interview to check their biasness and honesty for a longer duration to get these postings. Where is the justice for these two sister and brother? She might have passed the +2 exams but failed in the humanity exam. 3) When works are done in productive way from home itself, any company that works with up-to-date technology and having good work culture are offering WFH option.
