Communication is super important, right? But don't get overwhelmed by all the stuff online about communication. It's not some magic skill; it's something you can do. It's about taking someone from point A to point B and helping them get past obstacles using your communication skills. Sure, delivery matters. But structuring your message is even more important. You need to know your audience, why they're there, and where you want to take them. Plus, you should figure out the best way to make it happen. You can also write every day, make videos, or join a podcast to improve your communication skills. Once you've got the basics down, you can move on to advanced skills like influence & humor. These will all be helpful in your career.

You gotta understand there are two kinds of people. One, those who produce outputs and two, those who produce outcomes. No matter the skill gap, latest trend, or developments, if you're just producing outputs, you'll always be playing catch-up to those focusing on outcomes. Producing outcomes means taking on more responsibility and accountability. Only those willing to step up can really push their careers forward. Doing outputs is safe, but doing outcomes is where the money is. So, it doesn't matter what the skill gap is; the key skill you need is to focus on outcomes instead of outputs.

Here's how you can effectively communicate your message through presentations.
Any presentation or piece of communication is like an act of death and rebirth. Your job is to help the old version of the recipient die and a new version be born. Basically, you're helping them transform. To do this, you need to know where your recipient is now, where you want them to go, and what monsters are in the way. If you can figure out these three things—the current place, the future place, and the monsters —your communication will be solid. Once you've got this down, you can focus on building up to the key moment in your presentation and handling what happens after that moment to encourage action.
