    -Led marketing efforts that expanded our brand awareness by 217%.
    -Created and launched gamified learning products, growing our user base by 350%.
    -Managed a small but focused team of 7, promoting a culture of learning and growth.

    Unfortunately, I had to call off the project because though we were generating revenue, it was lacking the scale that we were eyeing in the first place. As a matter of fact, all other major companies (including the US companies where the idea was originally seeded) discontinued this approach because of fundamental issue that "there's no skin in the game". Though I have intentions to revisit this idea sometime in the future, when the market becomes well developed as I believe with gamification, it could become feasible to execute this on scale.
